  • New Outdoor Classroom Opens...

    Wed 20 Apr 2016
Ticket sales from Aladdin raised £1700 and we used this along with a donation of £2000 from the PTA to fund the outdoor classroom beside the annex building. This is part of our focus in developing outdoor play, which will conclude this year with the presentation of a new accredited award in June from Playboard. Thanks again to B M Landscaping for their advice and work.
  • P5-7 Aladdin Sow was pure 'Genie-us'

    Fri 08 Apr 2016
Our P5-7 pupils undertake a show every three years and this gives the chance for each child to be on stage.  With over 150 children performing and 700 guests through the doors across the 4 shows, Aladdin was definitely one of our best productions in recent years.  I cannot thank the staff enough for the hours they invested in making this possible, under the direction of Miss Colhoun. DVDs available at a cost of £8!

  • Annual Board of Governors Report now available

    Mon 04 Jan 2016
Each year the Board of Governors are required to compile a written report regarding all aspects of life in the school during the academic year. This process has now been completed and a copy of the 2014-15 report can be viewed on the ‘Key Information’ section of the school website. It was with sadness that I received a letter of resignation from Cllr William Leathem, stepping down from his role as a Transferor Governor with immediate effect for health reasons. William has served on the Board for 10 years and been a great servant to the school and we thank and wish him well for the future.
