Trips & Residentials

During their time at the school, pupils will experience a wide range of day visits - from local visits  to the fire station and Mrs Evan's Garden Centre or the Linen Centre, to some much further afield such as Portmore Lough, W5, Delamont Country park and The Palace Stables in Armagh.  Further details of these for each class are listed under the Pupils sections of the Website.

A unique feature of our school is our residential programme.  Commencing in primary five with an overnight trip to Greenhill YCMA for outdoor pursuits activities - many of the pupils for the first time will experience a night away from their parents.  This is then repeated in primary six, with a two night trip to the same centre.

Finally in primary seven the pupils travel to Edinburgh for three nights - a trip which has become a highlight for our leavers each year.
